- Anywhere soft-bodied pests gather; eggs on fine stalks under leaves.
- How to know it
- Delicate pale green adult with lacy wings and gold eyes. Eggs sit singly on the ends of hair-thin stalks.
- What it does for you
- Its larva is called the aphid lion, and it earns the name. Those stalked eggs are a sign your garden is working.
